<li>Add 125ml of the milk to the blender with the apple, half the walnuts, cinnamon, cloves and flaxseed. Blend until smooth.</li>
<li>Finally add the protein powder and blend. If the mixture is too thick you can slowly add the remaining milk until you have a consistency that you are happy with.</li>
<li>Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining walnuts on top for some crunch.</li>

<li>Heat a non-stick frying pan (with a very small amount of oil if necessary) on high until hot and then turn down low.</li>
<li>Add a ladle of the pancake batter, and cook for about 2 minutes on both sides.</li>

<li>Heat, to a high temperature, a non-stick frying pan and cook the mushrooms for about 6 minutes, stirring all the time.</li>
<li>Add the egg mixture to the mushrooms, cooking for another 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Finally add the spinach and cooked gently until wilted.</li>
<li>Serve with the fresh tomatoes.</li>

<li>Place the mushroom on a baking tray lined with foil.</li>
<li>Sprinkle on the garlic, salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the mushroom is tender.</li>
<li>Once the mushroom has been cooking for 5 minutes, heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a low to medium temperature, whisk the egg and cook gently.</li>
<li>When the mushroom is ready, spoon the egg on top, sprinkle with the cheese and the herbs.</li>
