  • Ingredients

    1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
    250ml milk alternative of your choice (reduce by half for a smoothie bowl)
    100g Frozen or fresh raspberries
    1 Large handful fresh spinach
    1 Tbsp chia seeds
    1 Tbsp 100% raw cacao powder, unsweetened
    1/2 Tsp of spice of your choice, cinnamon works well

Method:

  1. Add 200ml of the milk to the blender with the raspberries and spinach. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds, cocoa powder and spice and blend again.
  3. Finally add the protein powder and blend. If the mixture is too thick you can add some more milk or water until you have a consistency that you are happy with.
  4. Transfer to a large glass and if you like it super cold you can add some ice.
  5. Enjoy!
