Ingredients
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
250ml milk alternative of your choice (reduce by half for a smoothie bowl)
100g Frozen or fresh raspberries
1 Large handful fresh spinach
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp 100% raw cacao powder, unsweetened
1/2 Tsp of spice of your choice, cinnamon works well
Method:
- Add 200ml of the milk to the blender with the raspberries and spinach. Blend until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds, cocoa powder and spice and blend again.
- Finally add the protein powder and blend. If the mixture is too thick you can add some more milk or water until you have a consistency that you are happy with.
- Transfer to a large glass and if you like it super cold you can add some ice.
- Enjoy!
