Ingredients
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
150ml Almond milk, or milk alternative of your choice
1 Small apple, chopped, leave on the peel
1⁄2 Tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground cloves
1 Tsp Ground flaxseed
20g Walnuts
Method:
- Add 125ml of the milk to the blender with the apple, half the walnuts, cinnamon, cloves and flaxseed. Blend until smooth.
- Finally add the protein powder and blend. If the mixture is too thick you can slowly add the remaining milk until you have a consistency that you are happy with.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining walnuts on top for some crunch.
- Enjoy!
